Due to the various options available for group options, prices will be determined based on the scope of the business provided by the Artist to Clients, but shall not exceed pricing as listed above per individual.

Round-trip Mileage is calculated per the IRS Standard Mileage Rate for Business for any travel outside a 30 minute radius. Beginning January 1, 2023, the IRS listed this rate as 65.5 cents per mile driven for business use.

Any incurred costs such as parking will be included in your invoice, per the contract to be signed between the Artist (Rebecca Jo Fletcher) and the Client.

Parties over 6 individuals will require a secondary Artist, to be booked by Rebecca Jo Fletcher, unless otherwise specified. The rates will be the same as the Artist’s (as listed above) and a secondary Mileage Expense will be added to your invoice if the Secondary Artist must travel out of a 30 minute radius.
