HELLO, BEAUTIFUL!

Rebecca Jo Fletcher is a native of Emlenton, Pennsylvania. She graduated from A-C Valley High School in 2006 and went on to attend Thiel College, earning her Bachelor’s degree in 2010 in International Business, Business Communications, and Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing.

After gaining experience across several professional fields, Rebecca made the intentional decision to pursue her lifelong passion for skincare and wellness in 2024. She graduated from Butler Beauty Academy in March 2025 as a licensed Esthetician and continued her education, earning her Esthetics Educator License in November 2025. Rebecca now serves as a part-time educator at Butler Beauty Academy, where she is passionate about mentoring and supporting future estheticians.

Following her licensure in March 2025, Rebecca joined the team at Empower Beauty Salon and Spa, where she has continued to advance her education with a focus on corrective facial treatments and in-depth client education. She is a Certified Aging Skin Specialist, has advanced to a Level 3 Esthetician, and remains committed to ongoing learning through the latest techniques, tools, and industry research. In April 2025, Rebecca joined the team at Empowered Aesthetics as the Lead Medical Aesthetician, where she is continued to providing the best treatments and educations to her clientele.

In the treatment room, Rebecca believes skincare is deeply connected to overall well-being. Her approach is rooted in treating not only the skin, but the person as a whole—helping clients understand their skin concerns, personal goals, circadian rhythms, and the impact stress can have on skin health.

Outside of work, Rebecca enjoys spending time with her son, continuing her education through advanced classes and industry reading, and listening to anything elder-emo related.

At this time, Rebecca is no longer accepting makeup artistry clientele while she focuses her career and expertise in the Aesthetics field. She continues to be grateful for all of the love and support of her clients.
